Frequently asked questions
Something is broken in one of your maps. What should I do?
Sorry about that! Join our Discord and tell us about it. To help us fix it quickly, let us know:
- Which map it is
- What you're playing on (for example Xbox, Switch, iPhone or Windows)
- Your Minecraft version (shown in the bottom right of the main menu)
- What happened, and what you did just before it happened
How do I get your maps?
All our maps are on the Minecraft Marketplace. In Minecraft:
- Open the Marketplace from the main menu
- Search for Foxel
- Choose the map you'd like
- Buy it with Minecoins (you can get Minecoins in the Marketplace too)
- Download it and have fun!
Which platforms can I play your maps on?
Our maps are made for Minecraft Bedrock Edition, so you can play them anywhere the Minecraft Marketplace is available: Windows, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, iOS, Android and Fire devices.
Can I play your maps with friends?
It depends on the map. Each map page shows the number of players it's made for under Details, and you can also see it on the map's Marketplace page.
Why is my map stuck on downloading?
Downloads are handled by Minecraft, not by us, but these steps usually fix it:
- In Minecraft, go to Settings > Storage
- Check Cached Data, Worlds and World Templates, and delete anything belonging to the map
- Download the map again
If that doesn't work, restart Minecraft, make sure your device has enough free space, and restart your device before trying again. If it's still stuck, contact Minecraft support.

Can I get a refund?
We're sorry if a map wasn't what you hoped for, and we'd love to hear why on Discord so we can improve it. Purchases are handled by Minecraft, so for a refund please contact Minecraft Help or Xbox Support.
